let’s talk about a typical friday night.
favie/easy quinoa (thus far), kale salad, and kombucha. so many wins.
inside: 1 cup (cooked) quinoa, 1 can garbanzo, cumin, lime juice, garlic, s&p, 2-3 small tomatoes (i use campari), ‘lil bit evoo, sometimes i get fancy and add sprouts of whatever variety. woo.
tahini/honey kale dressing: 1 part tahini, 3 parts lemon juice, ‘lil honey, ‘lil garlic, s&p. kale. massage that ish!

for those who have requested said dressing recipe, i sort of just threw it together by taste but here is what i can deduce (makes a small tupperware’s worth):
1 Cup Veganaise
1/4 Cup Sweet Relish
1/2 Big Ass Carrot, Finely Chopped
Same as Above With a Celery.
1 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Hot Sauce to Taste (Or 1/8 Tsp Chili Powder)
S&P to Taste
mix that ish all together!
